So your robot is due for overhaul and has to be out of commission for 20,000 hours… You will need to know when and how many human workers you need to bring in to fill in while the robot is undergoing maintenance.

Consumers are clicking add to cart 24/7, therefore you need to keep up and ensure your warehouse is staffed 24/7. This calls for you to know what your workforce wants…. identify how and when they want to work in a way that ensures you are covered around the clock…..
